Sarah Rugg, Take Time’s Founder and VA Co-ordinator

Just as orchestras need an able and expressive conductor, virtual office operations need a confident and knowledgeable co-ordinator. And they don’t come much abler than Sarah Rugg. She’ll probably be your first point of contact when you get in touch with Take Time in search of a VA, and within minutes she’ll be either assembling a team from among her list of suppliers or choosing the best individual for the job.

Sarah’s efficiency is matched by only her enthusiasm. She believes wholeheartedly in the principle of using virtual assistants, a conviction built up over her eighteen years at MBNA and Marks and Spencer Financial Services, during which time she was heavily involved with project management, marketing, customer satisfaction, arrears management, recruitment and administration. After building up impressive experience managing large teams of people, setting up companies and dealing with significant budgets, she decided to go it alone. Take Time was the result, and its continued success and growth is testament to her belief.

Of course, after amassing all this experience in many of the disciplines Take Time offer, she is more than happy to be a virtual assistant herself, and it’s quite possible that the assistant working on your job will be Sarah herself. She’ll never let the running of the business get in the way of your work, however – she’s an expert in time management and knows exactly when to delegate and when to participate.

Click meet the team to see some more of the experts that make up Take Time. This impressive list represents just a fraction of the ever-diversifying team; Sarah manages to coordinate the team and be one of their number at the same time. In fact you could say that she is the personification of Take Time, sharing its principles and its diversity.
